Unhappy Timeshare Owners

Owning a timeshare allows families and individuals the opportunity to vacation to exquisite resorts at prime locations and times around the world. In this day and age however, timeshare ownership brings about a variety of unwarranted and unwanted facts that contribute to the growing number of owners who are unhappy about their timeshare ownership.

There are many reasons why a timeshare owner who once spent tens of thousands of dollars buying the timeshare would find themselves in a situation where they are unhappy with their ownership. Resorts have continuously risen the amount of maintenance fees required every year. Special assessment fees and other extraneous chargers are a fact of life. Many times, timeshare owners are unable to even use their resorts at the location and time they want. And due to changing lifestyles, there are many once happy timeshare owners who no longer use their timeshare and are stuck still paying maintenance fees.

  1. I am definitely an unhappy timeshare owner. I havent used the property in about 5 years now and i dont plan on using it again. The maintenance fees I was paying were not being used for upkeep as the quality of the resort was declining every year. I am desperate to get out of the timeshare before I have to pay ANOTHER maintenance fee.

  2. I recommend giving AJC Resort Services a call! I was in a situation very simmiler to your and AJC really helped me! I havnt payed a maintenance fee in 2 years!
